  • Google Chrome Update May Affect Scanning

    On Oct. 28, Google released Chrome version 142, which includes a new security feature called Local Network Access (LNA). This update may temporarily affect your ability to scan checks using Remote Deposit.

    Steps for you to take

    When you attempt to scan, Chrome will display a message asking whether to Allow or Block access to your local network.

    Please click "Allow" to enable your scanner to work properly.

    Do not click Block or close the message, as this will prevent scanning from functioning.

    If you close the message multiple times, Chrome may automatically block access, which will stop scanning until corrected. Contact the bank if this happens.
